Accepted Answer

Every quote is fully itemized: surfaces, prep method, products, number of coats, timeline, and payment schedule. The price you approve is the price you pay.

What is Riot Renovation's payment structure?

Accepted Answer

10% (or $1,000, whichever is greater) to book the project. 50% before work begins. 40% on completion after the final walkthrough. The final payment doesn't come until you've confirmed the work is right.

Do I need to move my furniture before painting?

Clear personal items and loose belongings from work areas before we arrive. Our crew relocates and protects standard household furniture. Heavy or fragile items (pianos, safes, antiques) should be moved in advance or discussed before the project starts.

We do a final walkthrough together in natural light before presenting the invoice. Any touch-ups or adjustments happen on the spot. If something is not right, we fix it before you pay.
